Social Media Sharing Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation, sharing, and use of services provided by JCLV Enterprises LLC, dba Rebel Boom ("Rebel Boom," "we," "us," or "our"). By using or participating in any Rebel Boom digital platforms, including but not limited to rebelboom.com and rebelboomofficialsite.com, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in any sharing, posting, or use of Rebel Boom's services. Participation is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using or participating in any Rebel Boom plans, services, or platforms.

2. User Eligibility

Participation in Rebel Boom's digital platforms is open to individuals who:

• (a) Complete the sign-up process,
• (b) Are at least 18 years of age,
• (c) Agree to abide by these Terms.

Upon successful registration, Users shall be granted access to content-sharing functionalities, including private and public sharing options available on Rebel Boom’s platforms.

3. Content and Conduct Policy

3.1 Responsibility for Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they post or share on Rebel Boom's platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and any other media. Users acknowledge that any content shared publicly may be viewed and accessed by the general public.

3.2 Prohibited Content

Users shall not post or share content that:

• (a) Contains hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, nationality, or disability.
• (b) Promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to violence, abuse, or harassment.
• (c) Contains copyrighted material without authorization.
• (d) Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3.3 Violation of Policy

Any violation of this Content and Conduct Policy may result in immediate removal of the content, suspension or cancellation of the User’s account, and a lifetime ban from Rebel Boom’s digital platform.

4. Private and Public Content Sharing

Users acknowledge and agree that content may be shared via Rebel Boom’s platforms under two modes:

• Private Sharing: Users may restrict visibility to specific audiences within the Rebel Boom digital platform.
• Public Sharing: Users may choose to share their content publicly, acknowledging that it may be accessed by third parties, social media platforms, and the general public. Rebel Boom is not responsible for any consequences arising from Users sharing content publicly.

5. User Consent and Liability Waiver

By using Rebel Boom's services, Users consent to the sharing, processing, and storage of their information, including images, videos, and personal data, as outlined in these Terms. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for their own privacy settings and content distribution. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless JCLV Enterprises LLC dba Rebel Boom, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• (a) Content shared by the User, whether private or public.
• (b) Third-party actions resulting from content shared by the User.
• (c) Any breach of these Terms by the User.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright Compliance

6.1 Rebel Boom Trademarks

Rebel Boom and its affiliated logos, names, trademarks, and any other distinctive brand elements are the exclusive property of JCLV Enterprises LLC and are protected under applicable trademark laws. Users are prohibited from using any Rebel Boom trademarks or related materials without express written consent from Rebel Boom.

6.2 Third-Party Trademarks and Copyrights

Users are responsible for ensuring that any third-party materials, including trademarks, copyrighted content, and logos, used in their posts or communications do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. Users must obtain proper permission or licenses before using third-party content.

6.3 Copyright Infringement Policy

Rebel Boom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Users to do the same. Any content that infringes upon the copyright or trademark rights of third parties may be removed, and the offending User’s account may be suspended or terminated.

6.4 User-Generated Content

Users may upload or post content (e.g., images, videos, text) on Rebel Boom’s platform. By submitting such content, Users affirm that they hold the necessary rights to the content, and they grant Rebel Boom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content as part of Rebel Boom's activities. This license includes the right to promote the platform and its content.

7. Third-Party Social Media Sharing

Users acknowledge that they may share their content from Rebel Boom’s platform to third-party social media sites, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok. Users agree that:

• (a) Rebel Boom is not responsible for the data security or privacy policies of third-party social media platforms.
• (b) Any content shared on third-party platforms is subject to the respective platform’s terms and policies.
• (c) Rebel Boom does not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party actions or liabilities arising from Users’ content sharing.
