These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the TixDeal™ Rewards Points Discount Program (the "Program") offered by JCLV Enterprises LLC, doing business as Rebel Boom™ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and have purchased or will purchase Rebel Boom™ supplements. By enrolling in the Program, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Enrollment

To participate, you must:

• Complete the TixDeal™ Points Page accurately.
• Submit the form before or during checkout.
• Make a qualifying purchase of Rebel Boom™ supplement(s) at the time of submission.

Upon successful enrollment and purchase, your points and applicable discounts will be matched and applied automatically to your shopping cart.

3. Earning Points

• You will earn 1 TixDeal™ Point for each Rebel Boom supplement bottle purchased.
• Points are awarded only for qualifying purchases made directly through Rebel Boom™ authorized channels.

4. Discount Coupon

• Upon completing and submitting the TixDeal™ Points Page, you will receive a 5% discount applied instantly to your shopping cart.
• The discount coupon is valid for 24 hours from issuance. If unused within this time frame, the coupon will expire.

5. Points Redemption

You may redeem your points as follows:

• 100 Points: Redeemable for up to $100 in Rebel Boom Health & Merch Store merchandise, or you may elect to receive $100 USD in cash.
• 200 Points: Redeemable for two tickets to a live theatre show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Travel and accommodations are not included. Show selection is subject to availability and conditions.

All redemptions are final and subject to availability, limitations, and additional verification.

6. Points Storage and Security

All earned TixDeal™ Points will be securely stored in our database. Your points will remain active and associated with your customer account until you choose to redeem them or until the Program is terminated, whichever comes first.

7. Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice. In the event of termination, participants will have 30 days to redeem any unexpired and valid points.

8. Transferability

Points are non-transferable and have no cash value unless redeemed in accordance with these Terms. Points may not be bartered, sold, or transferred to third parties.

9. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Program in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Any such decision shall be made at our sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebel Boom™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Rebel Boom’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the rewards earned by you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Waiver of Legal Remedies

You understand and agree that the TixDeal™ Rewards Points Discount Program is a courtesy cash back and gift-based program provided at the discretion of Rebel Boom™. By participating, you acknowledge that the benefits offered under the Program and participation in the program is purely voluntary and conditional upon meeting all stated requirements. In consideration of participation in this Program, you agree to waive any and all rights to pursue or participate in any form of individual or class action lawsuit or other legal remedies against JCLV Enterprises LLC or Rebel Boom™ relating to or arising out of the Program.
